Fruity Green Tea Smoothie

5 oz. your choice of milk
¼ cup blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, fresh or frozen
12 oz. of ice
½ cup Cool Capp Green Matcha

Blend ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and Enjoy! Experiment with kiwis, bananas, mangos and flavors of mint and ginger.

Green Tea Protein Smoothie

5 oz. of your choice of milk
½ banana
½ cup Cool Capp Green Matcha
1 – 2 tbsp. your choice of protein powder
12 oz. of ice
